21.02.14

Hello!

I've been pretty busy ever since my last post. So, I'm gonna write a summary of what's been happening.

1) Simple Valentine's Day

Me and koibito didn't have a big do for Valentine's Day. It was just a normal Friday, literally. We ate at Shihlin Taiwan Street Snacks for dinner and it was AWESOME! The food was really yummy! Another awesome thing is that - we didn't have to queue for a seat.

The Awesome Happy Box Set.

I saw so many couples; holding gifts, flowers and queuing up for a nice dinner. Initially, I wanted to book a seat at The Good Batch or Delicious, but I thought, meh, screw it. The prices were all hiked up and I can't guarantee the tastiness of the food.

After that, we watch Lego Movie. It was entertaining, cute and lame. Koibito loved it because he used to play Lego when he was a kid. As for me, I played Play-Doh lol. I found the movie alright.

That's Play-Doh - ultimate kid fun.

2) Interviews

After Valentine's Day, I've been pretty busy with attending interviews. I had 3 interviews in 3 days. One interview per day. I have attended 6 interviews in total and I learned a lot from it. Its good to attend more interviews because each interviewer is different and you get to see their perspective on things. I'm not a pro or anything, just sharing my experience :)

There are some scary interviewers too, so, prepare yourself. Lol.

3) Wisdom tooth pain

My wisdom tooth started hurting badly since Monday right until today. It caused my other teeth to hurt and I even got a headache. Also, I can't chew properly, so, solid/hard food is out of the question. The pain has also reduced my appetite but people still give me a lot of food to eat so my secret plan to lose weight has failed. Lol.

An X-Ray of my tooth.

I am gonna get my wisdom tooth extracted this coming Monday! ><

4) Shingeki no Kyojin! (Attack on Titan)

I've heard from many people about this anime but I was reluctant to watch it before. I was doubtful, skeptical, and my thoughts were; "How good is good?" and "Can it level up with Naruto?". One day I decided to give it a go and.............

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT. NO EXCUSES. Lol.

Its such a good anime and the plot is really interesting. In some ways, it can level up with Naruto. What I like about Shingeki no Kyojin's anime is that, they don't waste time with fillers and historical past that only should be mentioned once. Naruto has tons of fillers and flashbacks, which can get boring after a while. The story for Naruto is really good now though. Lol.

And..........my favourite character from Attack on Titan is;

Okay there's two people here. Which one do you think it is?

Answer: Captain Levi of course! xD (There was no better image of him so I had to use this)

I finished all 25 episodes in 3 days. Currently, I started watching Hunter X Hunter :)

5) I AM GOING TO JAPAN

I am so excited! I have always dreamed of going to Japan! I couldn't go previously because my parents were super paranoid about the radiation, which is true of course - better to take precaution! But! My mum had a change of heart and thought and she allowed me to go! :D

I'll be going to Tokyo with my brother and will be bunking with my cousin who works there. I am so excited that I researched hard on where I would visit and what I would do in Tokyo - I even made my own itinerary. Tour guide much lol.

I just hope it won't be too cold nor snowing T^T

That pretty much sums up what's been happening in my life.

Topic change.

Here's a mega haul lol.

 A) Biore Bright Face Milk SPF 50 PA+++

I am a loyal user of Biore Sunblock/Suncreen. Their products are non sticky and non oily - I love it. I have been using Biore for years now and I'm skeptical to use other brands on my face. Also, Biore has a very wide range of Sunblock. I shall try them all! *evil laughs*

Outlet: Watsons, Guardian, Aeon Wellness, or any other Pharmacy
Price : RM20.90 (sale at Guardian)

B) Johnson's Baby Lotion Milk + Rice (500ML)

Let me introduce to you, Johnson's Baby Lotion latest product - Milk + Rice! Previously it was only milk. Rice sounds really Asian somehow lol. This is another product that I am loyal to; lotion and bath wash. The scent is heavenly! If you love milk and just want to drown yourself in it, this is suitable for you lol.

Don't assume that this baby lotion is just meant for babies - your whole family can use it! :)

Outlet: Watsons, Guardian, Aeon Wellness, and any other Pharmacy
Price : RM16.90 (sale at Mydin)

 C) KAPS Natural Insect Repellent

Okay, I didn't buy this for myself - koibito's mum did. At one point, the weather was soooooooo hot and dry that it made all these darn mosquitoes so active. I can't sleep in peace at night if I don't kill AT LEAST 4 BLOODY MOSQUITOES everday. I got loads of bites and it was really irritating. If you experience the same situation as me, get some repellent. It saved my life.

Also, spray your room or anywhere in your house with mosquito spray to let them die!

Outlet: Watsons, Guardian, Aeon Wellness, and any other Pharmacy

D) Nivea Body Intensive Moisture Serum SPF 25 PA ++ (300ML)

An awesome body serum that also has SPF. Perfect during day time since the weather is really hot these days. It also has a refreshing scent and non sticky texture!

Outlet: Watsons, Guardian, Aeon Wellness, and any other Pharmacy
Price : RM16.90 (sale at Guardian)

E) Hada Labo Deep Clean & Blemish Control Face Wash (100G)

My skin has been really bad for the past 2 weeks and I felt that my previous cleanser didn't help at all. Hence, I bought a new cleanser. What a perfect excuse lol.

I don't know if I see any major improvements but I do know it is helping bit by bit :) This product has a very foamy texture and also, fragrant free! Perfect for those with sensitive skin :)

Outlet: Watsons, Guardian, Aeon Wellness, and any other Pharmacy
Price : RM20.90 (sale at Watsons)

F) Nivea Body Lotion In Shower Skin Conditioner - Normal Skin

This is such an awesome invention! Perfect for lazy people like me xD Just shower like how you usually do, and after you have washed off your body wash/soap, apply this lotion like how you would apply. Rub it against your skin or massage, however you like it. Rinse it off and you're done!

You do not need to apply body lotion again after this. Its such a convenient product :D

Outlet: Watsons, Guardian, Aeon Wellness, and any other Pharmacy
Price : RM11.90 (sale at Guardian)

Bought myself a fake purse lol.

And some hair masks as well.

Moving on to clothes;

I've been experimenting with some Japanese fashion, and the perfect place to find Japanese fashion clothing at a cheap price is at Sungai Wang and Times Square. They are much much cheaper than other retail stores and they're the exact design. Look out for black tags with the words; Tokyo Trend.

Note: Not every piece of clothing shown below are from Sungai Wang or Times Square

Most of them are knitted sweaters - preparing for my Tokyo Trip lol. I still have some winter clothing from my time in Melbourne. Will mix them up :P

I know this post is rather lengthy but you have now reached the end of this post! :P

Xoxo
